I have actually done this with the hospital a number of times this year already. I mentioned hope because I'm hoping they don't get tired of my broken-record "I don't have the money this month" story. They do get their money every time though, so I'm not overly concerned with it just yet. Most places will give you time, so long as you give them the courtesy of a heads up.
