I've been there. I lost my remaining grandparent -- my maternal grandmother -- about five years ago. I think of her every day. I'm glad you're back. :-) Your lurkers missed you. Almost impossible at times. I think one thing that the more popular bloggers have in common is that they've been at it for a lot longer than we have. I really wonder how hard their first years were sometimes, and if they'd still be blogging about or actually BE one of the popular PF blogs if they hadn't made any progress at all. Hopefully we can all learn enough from trial and error, and from each other that we can get through this as well. I am beginning to think more extreme measures are in store for us if we're to make any progress. Thanks for encouragement guys! :)

I had a talk with Mr. A tonight and I don't know how far I got. I still can't decide whether it's just that we're not doing good enough, or if we simply have too many bills for the money we have coming in. I believe there are lots of areas we can cut down on, but I don't have control over all the income... I read over on Frugal Babe's blog that five years ago they were in debt, and struggling and now they are doing great. So I know everyone was where we are at one point in time, it is just a learning curve. I am going to call a family meeting and present my findings on our budgeting issues again. Wish me luck. I can relate- at least a little, I haven't been very inspired to write much for my site over the past few weeks. Sometimes the long road to debt freedom just feels too far away I guess. Best of luck with getting back into the groove. Welcome back. I can relate- at least a little, I haven’t been very inspired to write much for my site over the past few weeks.
