Guest Post at BloggingAwayDebt

April 3rd, 2008

Tricia over at BloggingAwayDebt posted a guest post from me today!  It’s called When You Run Out Of Money and was inspired by some of the difficult moments my family and I endured before being forced to turn our lives around.

BloggingAwayDebt is actually one of the very first personal finance blogs I stumbled onto before deciding to make one myself.  I’ve been a regular reader ever since and highly recommend you all subscribe to her feed.

And a huge WELCOME to all the BloggingAwayDebt readers stopping by for the first time!  Feel free to check out my about pages and popular posts in the sidebar to get started.  Also keep informed of my progress and listen to my family’s discoveries along the way by subscribing to my feed in the sidebar!

Don't forget you can subscribe to the RSS feed or via email using the options in the 'Subscribe' section of the sidebar.

I enjoyed reading your article over at Tricia’s blog, and it brought back some memories for me as well. Just after our first child was born, and I didn’t make much money, I once bought a hotdog for lunch from a Chevron station because it was the only card in my wallet that would work and I had no cash and no food. As I sat in my truck and ate that soggy hotdog something triggered inside of me. It was time to turn this ship around. Many years later I am still digging out, one day at a time, but I am infinitely better for it. Glad I found you here - I’ve signed up for my subscription and look forward to following your story.

I’m just finding your blog via Tricia’s blog and I was pleasantly surprised to find someone else with six children like us, who is also trying to get debt free.

I’ve subscribed to read your blog regularly! :)
