I sure would like having a 30 day buffer of vacation to sit on. Only having 2 weeks in a given year use-it-or-lose-it style really makes having more than one trip on any given year near impossible. I try to keep as close to that amount as I can and then just use up any new accrued hours for vacation. To me, those hours are money.
